Where is my order?
Every order ships from Pavlograd, Ukraine with a tracking number. You will find it in your shipping confirmation email.

- 4YouDelivered by USPS, usually 3–6 weeks after shipping
Good to know
- Tracking may show no updates for 1–2 weeks while the parcel travels between Ukraine and the US. This is normal for international mail.
- Once the parcel reaches the US, the same number usually works on the USPS website.
- No updates for more than 3 weeks? Write to us with your order number and we will check with the post office.
